Purpose
Praxulo is an independent hotel-discovery and editorial tool that helps visitors explore hotels by destination, trip mode and practical travel signals. Praxulo is not a hotel, travel agent, tour operator, payment service or booking provider, and it is not a party to any accommodation contract.
No booking relationship
Selecting a hotel, destination, dates or trip mode on Praxulo does not reserve a room, hold inventory, lock a price or create a booking. A reservation exists only when it is completed and confirmed by the relevant hotel or external booking provider under that provider's terms.
Hotel information
Descriptions, images, classifications, room references, facilities, contact details and other property information may be supplied by accommodation data providers or other third-party sources and can change after publication. Praxulo aims to organise this material clearly but does not guarantee that every field is current, complete or error-free.
Availability and prices
Date selection does not reserve a room. Current prices, taxes, fees, availability, inclusions, payment requirements, room conditions and cancellation terms are determined by the hotel or external provider completing the booking.
External services
If a visitor continues to a hotel, map service or external booking provider, that third party controls its own content, privacy practices, prices, products, security and contractual terms. Reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds and disputes are between the visitor and the relevant third party.
Collections and signals
Trip modes, categories and data signals are discovery aids based on available property attributes. They are not inspections, official ratings, certifications, endorsements or guarantees that a particular feature will be available for every room or date.
Saved route
Saved Route is a browser-based convenience feature. Saved hotels may be lost if local storage is cleared, privacy settings change or another browser or device is used. Saving a hotel does not create a reservation or indicate live availability.
User responsibilities
Travellers remain responsible for checking passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, local rules, transport conditions, accessibility needs and whether accommodation is suitable before booking or travel.
Acceptable use
Unauthorised access, disruption, malicious code, fraudulent use, impersonation, misrepresentation of affiliation, bypassing technical protections and systematic bulk extraction that infringes rights or harms the service are prohibited.
Intellectual property
The Praxulo name, design, original interface, editorial structure and original text may be protected by law. Hotel names, trademarks, supplied images and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Service availability
Pages, features, search tools, collections and saved functions may be modified, corrected, interrupted, temporarily unavailable or removed. Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
The website is provided on an "as available" basis for general hotel discovery. To the extent permitted by law, Praxulo does not warrant uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or the continued availability of any third-party hotel, price, product or service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Praxulo and its owner are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, changed hotel information, unavailable rooms, price differences, external website failures, booking-provider conduct, travel disruption or decisions based solely on discovery content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the website, suppliers or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
